Domestic Orders Australia wide
Australia to You uses Australia Post to deliver goods purchased via www.australiatoyou.com.au to our domestic customers residing in Australia.
Orders over $150 receive free shipping Australia wide, excluding order that is multiple gift boxes purchased at the checkout.
Orders below $150 within Australia will incur a flat delivery fee rate of $12.95.
If you want to purchase multiple gift boxes please purchase per individual gift box each at our checkout. Australia to You reserves the right to reject orders where the flat fee per each individual gift box is not inclusive of the sale, in which case we will notify you via email and refund your order.
When you place your order via our online shop, shipping fees will be detailed at our checkout.
Once you place an order via www.australiatoyou.com.au we will dispatch your order within 1-2 business days.
Delivery times to NSW, VIC, QLD, SA and ACT according to Australia Post schedule
- metropolitan area will take 3-5 business days
- regional area will take 7-10 business days
Delivery time to TAS, NT and WA will take up to 10 business days.
International Orders
For International Orders we use Australia Post International Air Mail Parcel Service. International shipping fee is at flat rate of $80 per order or per each individual gift box.
Please allow up to 10 business days approximately for delivery depending on country to be shipped (time will vary pending country). Please check the destination guide time according to Australia Post.
If you want to purchase multiple gift boxes for friends and family overseas at unique address locations you will need to pay the flat $80 fee per each individual gift box on checkout, each delivery location needs to be entered and processed as a unique order.
Australia to You reserves the right to reject orders where the flat $80 fee per each individual gift box is not inclusive of the sale, in which case we will notify you via email and refund your order.
Due to the high costs associated with international air delivery we have no choice but to apply these fees, we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
